Minu esimene piparkoogimaja.
This is my first gingerbread house. I have wanted to do it for some time but for some reason I have always thought that it just too difficult...I have no idea where from I have got this idea because it isn't difficult at all! It just takes time! And you just need to know some tips.
Nipp/Tip 1 - Rulli taigent küpsetusplaadil, kuid ära rulli taigent väga õhukeseks/Roll the dough on baking tray but do not roll it too thin
Nipp/Tip 2 - Lõika tükid välja küpsetusplaadil/Cut the pieces out on baking tray
Nipp/Tip 3 - Ilusad "klaasitud" aknad saab purustatud karamellides. Mina kasutasin purustamiseks uhmrit - sedasi sain karamelli hästi peeneks. Laota purustatud karamelli aknaavadesse. Piisav kogus on taignapaksus. / Beautiful "glazed" windows can be made from crushed caramels. I used a mortar to crush the candies - this made the caramel very fine. Put the crushed caramel in the window openings. Sufficient amount is dough thickness.
Nipp/Tip 4 - Kaunista tükid glasuuriga enne maja kokkupanemist/Decorate pieces with glaze before assembling house
Nipp/Tip 5 - Varu piparkoogimaja tegemiseks kõvasti aega - majakülgede kokkupanemisel kasutatud glasuur peab kõvenema ennem katuse panekut. / Make sure you have a lot of time to make a gingerbread house - the glaze used to assemble the sides of the house must harden before you put on the roof.
